We endeavour to operate our tours in all weather conditions.
If tours are cancelled on grounds of safety we will refund your payment.
Your place is reserved on receipt of your booking.
Please inform our staff of any health problems or if you have limited swimming abilities.
White-water activities and Canyoning are not suitable for pregnant women.
KreativRaft cannot be held responsible for loss of valuables or glasses.
Route changes and price changes may occur.
Minimum ages must be respected.
Our Voucher is valid for 1 year.
Insurance is the responsibility of passengers.
The registered legal office of KreativRaft is in Bolzano.
In the event of not appearing at the booked tour KreativRaft can charged any costs incurred
It´s forbidden to participate to our tours under effect of alcohol, drugs and prescription drugs

When white-water rafting in the Puster Valley, certified rafts are used. We gain experience with the white-water on high-volume rivers, and manage waves together with other adventurers in a boot guided by an experienced raft guide.

You have already been white-water rafting before? Then kayak should be your next adventure. Here, you are not just a passenger, but can navigate the river and the current all by yourself. Of course, under the guidance of an expert or in the course of a white-water rafting tour.
